Welcome to Relationship Recovery.  My name is Toni, and I am thrilled to be offering my counselling services in Sylvan Lake after many years of hard work. I am a proudly Certified Clinical Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, Counselling Therapist and Addiction Counsellor with the Association of Counselling Therapists Alberta, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  

I am also a certified facilitator for Circles of Security and Connect Parenting – both of which are groups for parents focusing on creating stronger relationships with their children. Additionally, I am proud to hold my certification in Level 1 Gottman Couples Counselling. 

My work comes from a strength based and client-centred approach because I fundamentally believe everything you need is already within you; by working together, we will help you to identify this. Together we will work collaboratively as a team to help you thrive in your life, not just survive.  

I provide services for individuals, couples, and parenting concerns & consultations. My areas of focus include addictions & substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, domestic violence, self-esteem, women’s issues, and coping skills.
